SPRINGBOARD begins with intensive skill-building in in-depth interviewing (IDIs) and then proceeds to highlight how the interviewing approach differs for Focus Group Discussions (FGDs). Research design, development of open-ended questions, practice interviewing with feedback, and trouble-shooting challenges in group dynamics comprise the agenda. 

Limited to 16 participants.

Strong team-work and interactive learning strategies. 

Fee $1000 per person. 

Includes two GDI training manuals and all other materials.
